Initial Discovery Meeting - Professional Consultation
An initial discovery meeting provides an opportunity for you to meet with a professional town planner to explore, discuss or to seek guidance with respect to:

- Subdivision Potential
- Planning Application Process
- Public notice communication
- State and Local Planning Policy Context
- Tribunal (VCAT) Proceedings
An initial meeting incurs a service fee of $480 which involves preliminary research (desktop assessment) and a 45-minute consultation (virtual conference).
Payment is required at the time of booking.
