DELWP has released the Regional Greenfield 2022, a component of the Urban Development Program (UDP). It is an update to the data published in 2021 and covers areas in Ballarat, Baw Baw, Bendigo, Geelong, Horsham, Latrobe, Macedon Ranges, Mildura and Surf Coast.

The Quarterly Greenfield Monitor (QGM) has also been prepared by DELWP to provide timely information about the level of residential subdivision activity in Melbourne’s growth areas and selected regional cities and towns.

It has been created to monitor the subdivision component of the greenfield pipeline and captures the number and average area of:

• proposed lots
• lots released with a title.
